Lá na bPancóg- Pancake Tuesday

The children of 3rd class had full belly's on Pancake Tuesday after preparing and cooking their own batter. All the children participated in preparing and mixing the ingredients to create the batter ready to be cooked. We then enjoyed the fruits of our labour with an array of toppings before writing up our own pancake recipe's for others to enjoy.
