Amazing Artwork in Senior Infants

Aadhya in Maria's Senior Infants submitted an artwork for the International Youth Art Contest, part of the World Wildlife Day event organised by United Nations in partnership with IFAW.

Aadhya was one among the 15 finalists. Yesterday, her work and a photo of hers was showcased in the World Wildlife Day event in United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA.

   Aadhya illustrated puffins as she was amazed by them when she visited Saltee islands. She transformed her puffins visit into this artwork with the message to conserve them in their natural habitat. Well done Aadhya on this amazing achievement!!
