Our school teaches the Land PAWS water safety programme for two months of our school year. For the months of May and June, this as an area of focus for all class levels. Take a look at our timetable. This is a wonderful resource to have in our school and when we complete the programme, we receive a certificate. May and June is a very important time to focus on this strand with the nice weather and trips to our waterways, beaches, homes, boats and farms being all the more frequent. This year, as schools were closed due to Covid 19 restrictions we tried to focus on our PAWS lessons remotely and through the use of class dojo.
