We have been busy every day for the month of November completing the Fingal Sports Con 10@10 sessions. These sessions are designed to have 10 minutes of exercise everyday at 10am and they are a great way to tick our Active Break Challenge Chart every day. We are getting much better at our planks and dead bugs every day! Thanks Fingal Sports Con!
